Do the gloves fit true to size?

Our gloves generally fit true to size. However, fit can vary slightly depending on hand shape and personal preference. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

What if the gloves don’t fit?

If you received the wrong item or ordered the wrong size, please contact us at support@holdpelle.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist with a free replacement or exchange.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the circumference of your hand at the widest point (excluding the thumb) and compare it with our size chart.
If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the smaller size for a closer, more precise fit.

What types of leather do you use?

Currently, HoldPelle driving gloves are made from premium goatskin, valued for its softness, durability, and performance:

Goatskin: Fine-grain leather that is soft yet structured, naturally water-repellent, and wear-resistant—perfect for frequent driving and everyday use.

We plan to add other premium leathers, such as sheepskin and deerskin, in the future to provide more options for comfort and style.

Are the gloves suitable for daily and everyday driving?

Yes. HoldPelle driving gloves are designed for comfort, grip, and durability, making them perfect for both city driving and everyday use. Their refined fit and high-quality leather ensure you can wear them comfortably throughout the day, whether on short trips or longer journeys.

Are the gloves waterproof?

Leather driving gloves are not fully waterproof.

They naturally resist light moisture but are not suitable for heavy rain or prolonged wet conditions.
If the gloves get damp, gently wipe them dry and apply a leather conditioner to maintain their quality.

How should I care for my leather gloves?

Gently wipe away dust or dirt with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid soaking in water, exposure to direct heat, or contact with harsh chemicals.
Apply a leather balm or conditioner occasionally to keep the leather soft and well-nourished.
Store gloves flat in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent drying or cracking.

Are the gloves touchscreen-compatible?

Some HoldPelle gloves are touchscreen-compatible. Please look for the “Touchscreen Compatible” note on the product page for specific styles.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 6–12 business days.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

How can I follow the progress of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
