Accepted Payment Method
We accept PayPal for all orders within the United States. Pay safely using your debit/credit card or PayPal balance. Registration is free and easy, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Payment Issues
If your payment fails, contact our Customer Service Team at support@holdpelle.com with the subject line “Failed Payment.” Include your order details and a screenshot if possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation number and details. If you do not receive it, email support@holdpelle.com with the subject line “Order Confirmation Missing.”
Payment Pending
This status usually occurs when payment is unsuccessful. If you cannot reattempt payment or did not receive a failure email, contact support@holdpelle.com with the subject line “Payment Pending.” Do not recreate your order to avoid duplicates.
Paid but Status Not Updated
If your payment was successful but your order status has not updated within 24 hours, contact support@holdpelle.com with the subject line “Order Status Update.” Our team will verify your payment and resend your confirmation email.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, including changes to shipping methods, quantities, or addresses. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before checkout. For assistance, email support@holdpelle.com with the subject line “Order Support.”
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive tracking updates via email. If you do not receive them, contact support@holdpelle.com with the subject line “Order Tracking.”
Preparing to Ship / In Transit – Your order has left our warehouse. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to activate.
Delivery Notes
Delivery estimates may be extended during sale periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather.
Deliveries occur on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).
Delays due to high order volumes or precautionary measures may occur. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your order.
Public Holidays
Warehouse and courier partners are closed on public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
