Customs Duties & Taxes

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. HoldPelle cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.

If a package is refused by the recipient or delivery attempts fail, HoldPelle reserves the right to consider the package abandoned. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HoldPelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your shipping carrier. For further assistance, contact our support team.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund—your choice.
